Basic Policies For Online Store

CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE (Updated April 26, 2021):
1. Shipping are calculated based upon the estimated weight of the shipment.
2. All "out of USA" orders will be shipped First Class Mail International unless otherwise specified.
3. The shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

You can place your order in one of two ways...
1. Online -- Click on the item you want to see and click the button.

2. By "Snail Mail"  with check or money order using our mail-in order form

ONLINE ORDERS   

1. All online orders are processed via the PayPal shopping cart

MAIL-IN ORDERS

1. I accept payment in US Dollars by Check or Money order only
2. All orders normally ship within one business day after receipt.
3. Your order will go Media Mail, First Class Mail or First Class International Mail (as applicable)..
4. You should receive your order within 1 or 2 weeks (Sometimes longer, if out of USA.)
5.  If you entered an E-mail address you'll get a confirmation notice.

RETURN POLICY

1. All merchandise has a 30 day return policy. (30 days from the DATE SHIPPED)

2.  When returning an item, here is what you do...

    a. Tell me what you want to do: replacement, exchange, or a refund. 

    b. You pay for return shipping.

    c. When your return item is received, your refund will be sent promptly by check or to the credit card  

       you used to make your purchase.. 

2. If you got the wrong item, here is what you do...

    a.  Call 817-320-1138 or Send an email to mcfaddenm99@yahoo.com 

       telling me that you got the wrong item.

    b. Send back the item (You will be reimbursed for your shipping charges for returning it).

    c. A replacement item will be sent to you right away.

3. If the item is defective or incomplete, here is what you do...

        tell me what's wrong.
