About The Trutza Trio
The
Trutza Trio -- A Romanian family from Chicago -- started playing together as a
mandolin trio in 1999, debuting with the uplifting hymn "Count Your
blessings". The members of this trio are: Marcel, the Guitar player, and
his two talented daughters, Ruth and Eunice. who both have been playing the
mandolin for more than ten years. Marcel, who was born and raised in Arad,
Romania, came to the United States in 1980. He arrived in America, along with
his parents, Viorel and Florea, his brother Radu, and his sister, Carmen. The
Trutza family decided to immigrate to the United States in order to escape the
Communist regime that dominated Romania at that time and to be able to worship
our Lord Jesus Christ in freedom without any government imposed restrictions. In
1985, Mr. Marcel Trutza met Mathilde, whom he married that same year. Mrs.
Trutza is originally from Noul Sasesc, Romania, and she came to the United
States to study nursing. Although Mrs. Trutza is not an active member of the
Trutza. She played an important role in the formation of the family trio,
especially in the lives of her two daughters and her fervent prayers to our God,
have helped the Trutza Trio become closer as a family and even closer to God.
It is the prayer of the Trutza Trio and the
Trutza family as a whole that the songs of this recording will penetrate and
inspire your heart that they will bring you closer to God, and help you
experience His love for us at its fullest. To God be the glory!
