on the rear of the CD cover reads...
on the inside of the CD cover reads... Can We Not Remember? -- While instructing His disciples concerning the Lord's Supper, Christ asked them to do it in remembrance of Him. The humanity of Christ is revealed when He asks His disciples to not forget about Him. Call the Poor -- As we read the account of Jesus' ministry here on earth, it is interesting to note that He ministered mainly to those in need, both spiritually and physically. As we carry out the Great Commission let's be sure we go into "all" the world. I Promise You -- I was asked to write a song for the wedding of my brother-in-law. As I reflected on my own marriage, the word commitment came to mind. As the vows of the marriage altar indicate, marriage is a promise of life. This song puts into words both the emotion and the sanctity of the wedding day. What Could Compare? -- Bill Nelson was a dear friend of mine who had turned his back on his previous profession in order to serve the Lord full-time. While driving home from his bus route one Sunday Evening, the car he was riding in struck another vehicle and Bill went to be with the Lord. Although his service for God seemed brief here on the earth, I know that he is glad that he chose to serve God for the remainder of his short life. I Trust In You (Arrangement by Marshall Carson/Pianist Tim Bandy) -- As I strive to be the father I need to be for my daughters, I am glad I have my heavenly father as an example. I only pray t hat my relationship with them would mirror my heavenly Father's relationship with me. Whosoever Will -- The ultimate invitation is found in Revelation 22:17. Anybody and everybody is asked to come and take of the water of life freely. God's invitation is opened to everyone. Should we not tell everyone? Use Me -- Many songs some from a simple prayer. While driving home from a bus route one evening, I began to ask God to please use me. I wanted God to know that I did not want to be a "pew-sitter" or a "has been". the more I asked, the more emotional I became. Soon, the chorus of this song come to mind and I have been singing it ever since. God Knows -- Close friends of ours recently lost a newborn baby to Heaven. Immediately the question came, Why? We may never know why, but it is comforting to know that God knows why. Come Home My Child -- With God, there is no hopeless case. He always has a plan. No matter how far we may have strayed. He still has a place for us to serve. There can always be a happy ending if we come home to Him.
